Women take part in a topless demonstration for bodily autonomy and women’s rights at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, Germany, on Saturday, July 4, 2026. Protesters chanted „My body, my choice”” and carried signs reading „Educate men,”” „Stop sexualization,”” „It’s just a body,”” and „Fuck patriarchy.”” Some participants painted hearts and messages across their torsos as they challenged the sexualization of women’s bodies and called for respect, consent and equality.

Teams compete in the annual Coopers’ Cask Race at Guildhall Yard in the City of London, rolling traditional wooden casks in a relay race organised by the Worshipful Company of Coopers. The event brings together livery companies, civic organisations and corporate teams.

GLIX – Oxenhope,West Yorkshire, UK. 5th July, 2026. Competitors take part in the annual Oxenhope Straw Race held in the West Yorkshire Pennine village. Two local farmers made a bet about racing between pubs having a pint at each. As the night continued the bet grew, now they would also be carrying a bale of straw between the pubs! To date this event has raised over £450,000 with funds donated to Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice, Haworth Riding for the Disabled and other local worthy causes.
